With Allen’s QuietSounds™, patients can select soothing, repetitive sounds like Summer Rain, Ocean Waves, Forest Streams or white noise, all in varying lengths. QuietSounds™ helps to decrease environmental noise distractions for a more restful night’s sleep. The soothing sounds are delivered via the bed’s pillow speakers so that patients in semi-private rooms can each listen without bothering another patient.

Bedside Temperature Control

Through Allen Technologies’ Bedside Temperature Control feature, patients can adjust room comfort settings from their bed. Allen E3 also integrates with the hospital’s HVAC system to automatically adjust room temperatures and lighting settings in unoccupied patient rooms, resulting in significant energy savings for the hospital.

With the Allen interactive patient care system, patients can request special items like a rollaway bed or additional linens.
